1.Pneumatic siicone pressure roler ensure the finlshed product without air bubbles, and high quallty, easy for worker to operate.

2.Automatic sroothing roller is added at the rewinding part for flatting the log roll fastly without wrinkle.

3.Rewindimng roller adopts the air expansion shat, convenient for worker to loading and unloading the paper core and finished roll.

4. Machine adopts center type of rewinding, worker can according to different material to adjust an appropriate tension.
 
5.The rewinding part adopts servo motor to ensure the machine is high efficiency and steadiy running when rewinding.

6. Unwinding part with magnetic powder brake roll diameter type to automatic control tension

7.Rewinding part withmagnetic powder clutch roll diameter type to automatic control tension.

8.After the one shaft finished rewinding, rewinding shaft is automatically exchanged and machine is non-stop running,improves production efficiency
